专利说明:
Wing attachmentTechnical areaThe present invention relates to a wing attachment to vehicles provided with a tool holder, such as, for example, wheel loaders and the like, according to the claims. Technical backgroundIn many contexts there is a need to surface objects, masses and similar different positions. To perform these transmissions, a large number of different types of vehicles, machines and equipment such as wheel loaders, tractors and similar vehicles have been developed. In order to enable the said vehicle to be used for different types of purposes and work operations, these are provided with tool mounts which allow the vehicle's tool to be changed quickly. The mentioned tool mounts have been developed in a number of different variants, such as the so-called large BM mount, small BM mount and a number of other types of mounts. A number of different types of gear can be connected to the tool holder. For example, cantools for snow removal such as plows, dozer blades, snow shovels and the like are connected to the saidtool mounts in the vehicles. In order to be able to plow a width wider than ordinary dry plow or dozer blades in snow removal, harrow additives or similar additives have been developed. The wing attachments are usually connected to the side of the vehicles. The problem with known wing constructions is that these can only to a limited extent easily and quickly be disconnected or connected to the vehicle. Due to the said difficulty, the side wing is not removed from the arm type of use of the vehicle, but may remain as inin turn, this means that the side wing risks being in the way and / or obscuring the view. Wing attachments have been developed which are intended to be connected to wheel loaders. These are usually connected to the wheel loader at the rear of the side outside the rear wheel. When plowing with known side wings, the wheel loader is affected with a force in the transverse direction of the wheel loader. Thiscauses difficulty in performing the plowing when the wheel loader with associated side wing wantsfor surface in itself laterally. A problem when plowing a road / forest road, for example, is often in need of tools to be able to perform the job satisfactorily. At present, you can only carry geared gear at a time, which results in your trips back and forth to change gear. Withside wing In accordance with the present patent application, the side wing may be carried togetherwith an optional tool attached to the wing attachment tool holder. With solid constructions of side wings, there are also problems with one and the same wing attachment performing your different types of work operations. For example, it may be difficult with one and the same wing construction (of previously known types) to performmaintenance plowing, edging and snow digging. An additional problem with inconvenient constructions of wing attachments for wheel loaders and the like is that it can be difficult to plow clean ends at road junctions and at turning plans depending on the front plow and side wing not being followed. Known constructions can also be difficult to use in cramped and sensitive places, such as inside cities. With known constructions, there are also problems with being able to plow the road and sidewalk in one sweep, ie with the pre-plow on the road surface at one level and the side wing on the sidewalk at anotherlevel.Known technologyU.S. Pat. No. 5,024,1763 discloses a variant of a wing attachment to a wheel loader. For example, wing attachment compatibility with the patent specification is intended to be connected to the end of a bucket. Furthermore, the construction according to the patent specification does not include a device with which the height-relative shovel of the plow can be adjusted during plowing. The construction according to the patent specification further does not comprise a function with which the wing in a corresponding manner as in the presentthe patent application can be tilted in relation to the bucket. U.S. Pat. No. 6,636,631 discloses a variant of a side plow intended for mounting to a single-wheel loader. The side plow can be angled, tilted, relative to the vehicle and the roadway. The structure in accordance with the patent specification differs substantially from the structure in accordance with the present patent application. For example, the bucket structure according to the patent specification US63 63631 does not comprise a tool holder to which a bucket, plow or similar can be connected. U.S. Pat. No. 1,474,3969 describes a variant of a side plow for vehicles which can be adjusted in height and folded in towards the side of the vehicle. The construction in accordance with the patent specificationUS1743969 differs substantially from the construction in accordance with the present patent application. For example, the construction according to the patent specification does not comprise a tool holder to which any tool such as a bucket, plow or the like canconnected. U.S. Pat. No. 4,4045,892 describes a variant of a side plow whose rear and front end edges are raised and lowered to angle the blade. The construction according to the patent specification US4045 892 differs significantly from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the construction according to the patent specification does not comprise a tool holder to which any tool, with a suitable tool holder, such as a single bucket, plow or the like, can be connected. Patent application US200802713349A1 discloses a wing attachment comprising a second coupling means intended to be connected to a first coupling means arranged in the front of a vehicle. The wing attachment described in the patent application comprises a frame construction and a single wing. The frame construction has a substantially flat shape with the other coupling member arranged on one side thereof. On the other side of the frame structure, a first tool attachment is arranged, to which a second tool can be connected. The construction in accordance with the patent specification differs significantly from the construction in accordance with itpresent patent application. For example, it does not include a high adjusting device. The patent US4096652 describes a side wing mounted to a vehicle. The construction in accordance with the patent specification differs significantly from the construction in accordance with the present patent application. For example, this is not intended to be connected to vehiclesof the type of wheel loader. The objects of the present invention. During maintenance plowing, the wing can lay down together with the pre-plow and in this way the plow is relatively wide in a single stroke, which leads to both time savings and fuel savings. When there is more snow and higher plow edges, the wing is raised so that the edge of the plow is cut.at the same time as plowing maintenance with the pre-plow. When so the spring and the snowmeltcomes, you lower the wing and snowshoe at the same time as you tear ice or plow slushwith the plow. In the detailed description of the present invention, construction details may be omitted which are obvious to a person skilled in the art in the field to which the device relates. Such obvious construction details are included to the extent required for a satisfactory function to be obtained for the present invention. Examples of these components arefor example hydraulic hoses, couplings with fl your components. Although certain preferred embodiments have been described in detail, variations and modifications within the scope of the invention may become apparent to those skilled in the art.the field and all such are considered to fall within the scope of the appended claims. Advantages of the inventionWith the present invention, a number of advantages are achieved. The main advantage is thatat least one of the above disadvantages is eliminated or reduced. A problem when plowing a road / forest road is often in need of fl your tools to be able to perform the job satisfactorily. At present, it is only possible to carry carrying gear at a time, which results in your trips back and forth to change gear. With this load arm bum side wing, you can carry it together with any tool you likeattaches in front of the side wing. The whole concept becomes very flexible and user-friendly. One thing about the load-arm-thin side wing is that it is in place ready to be used, but is not in the way if you do not need to use it at the moment. It does not obscure the viewother work. And it is as easy to disconnect as any tool. An additional advantage of a load arm-mounted wing compared to a traditional rear-mounted wing is that the driver has very good supervision of the wing during work. The wheel loader also works better with the wing mounted at the front by pushing harder on the wing instead of the wing pushing the wheel loader sideways and it is easier to steer / bend for obstacles. The one-size-fits-all advantage is that it will be much easier to plow right in front of road junctions and turning planes thanks to the front plow and side wing being followed. The good overview and control of the wing-like possibilities to control the wing in three stages makes it very suitable for use on narrowand sensitive places such as inside cities. An example is to plow a road and sidewalk in onesweep (front plow in one level and the side wing on the sidewalk) which saves fuel consumption andthus the environment.
